What the plan covers:
Cancellation for Any Reason
Up 30 minutes before your tour departure time, if you need to change your plans for ANY reason, you have the flexibility to cancel and get a full refund.
Reschedule for a Later Date
Up 30 minutes before the start of your tour, we will reschedule your tour date or hold your tour credit for up to 12 months.
Price Protection:
We guarantee that if the price of the booked tour goes down after purchase, travelers can receive the difference in the form of a refund or credit. If the price goes up, you keep your original price.
Limitations
- Claims must be submitted by the individual who made the booking.
- The price of the tour protection itsef is non-refundable
